Pivot knows how to work with our deadlines and come up with strategies to meet them. The completion of work requests is seamless. The designer and installation manager make a point of knowing their client and their client's products. There is very little supervision needed after approval for the work has been given. Pivot schedules their work for the convenience of the client and has always proven to be very professional. Pivot has proven that they can handle multiple jobs that are on a tight deadline with a high level of complexity. You only need to explain the job to Pivot once. There is no hand holding. No one will lose any sleep.

As usual the Pivot team worked closely with the architect to ensure product details were correct and aligned with the space and also with the GC showing teamwork and flexibility for installations to accommodate the overall schedule. The management of the local installer was also handled impeccably and they did a great job.
